New users aren't getting an email after their account has been approved. I have "mandatory approve" checked, "who can join" = anyone, "guests can view sites" = yes. Email verification is required (and the email is being received). Shouldn't an approval email be sent in this case?

After trying to upgrade to version 1.5 and going back to the backed up version,I get an error for missing DB tabe -ow_notifications_schedule' doesn't existI assume this is a table for the new version...-Does it mean that restoring to the old version has not worked? how can I get over this issue?
