I just discovered that my Question/Poll plugin no longer work after installing this plugin. If I click on Question in the Newsfeed, it doesn't work.
I deactivated the External Nofollow plugin and it start working again. I repeat the process twice, giving same outcome.

This plugin just adds nofollow attribute. Nothing else. It does not change any tags.

I could not understand any relation of this with other plugins. Something else might be breaking your plugins.

I just tested it out, what happens in the newsfeed question the option freezes. But you can use questions on the question page. Its a definite conflict. Could it be to do with Newfeed? I also find it strange that this type of plugin has any sort of conflict.
It maybe be something to do with one or more of the external links?

It should be the way the other plugin scripts are designed to parse the links.
