1) This plugin DOES NOT install Vanilla forum on its own. You have install Vanilla forum separately.
2) This plugin just provides Single-Sign-On feature so that your oxwall site users can login to Vanilla forum with just a click using the same login details.
3) Please PM me if you need Vanilla installation to be done for a small fee.
Now, How this plugin works?
Assume that you have your Oxwall site at www.site.com
You have your Vanilla forum installation at http://forum.site.com or any other site in the same domain.
Your Vanilla forum installation can be embed to Oxwall site using this plugin. so your oxwall users can use the forum with their existing Id.
How to configure this plugin?
1) Assume that you have already installed your Vanilla forum.
2) Get jsConnect plugin from https://open.vanillaforums.com/addon/jsconnect-plugin and Install it.
3) Go to the settings of the jsConnect plugin.
4) Provide values in jsConnect plugin's settings page as shown in the below image.
5) Copy/past the configuration values to Oxwall Plugin Settings page.
6) Enter "Authentication URL" , save the settings and you are done.
7) Install AutoConnect plugin for auto-login - https://open.vanillaforums.com/...ectautosignin-plugin
8) For better integration, enable SSO only login in http://YouVanillaSite.com/dashboard/settings/registration
NOTE: Add "?back-uri=vanilla" to sign-in URL so that users are redirected to Forum after they sign-in to your oxwall website. Please refer above attached screenshot.
