Where in the hell is the sites homepage???????????? where is my homepage? where is oxwalls default homepage????????? this question has not been answered. ever? where is the damn homepage? can anyone answer this fucking question so I can get my ads back from google. why is there no simple answer? this has not been answered yet and it should??????????????????????????wtf seriously

Go in admin panel, 'Pages and menus' , 'user dashboard'.
Hover the widget 'welcome', click on edit and edit text as you want

I changed keyword from "sign out" to "Sign Out" from languages. But the change is not taking place at Upper bar in header. How can I change it?

Where did you upload the base.css ?
If you upload it in ow_themes, you have to enable DEV_MODE first in config.php

DEV_MODE is set "TRUE" in ow_includes/config.php
Well the basic idea was to change the style for users. It is changed. Its OK if the settings remain as it is in Admin Area.
