Does anyone know how to activate a plugin using cpanel rather than the oxwall dashboard ?

Can anyone please help, i decided to de-activate all plugins one by one via oxwall dashboard so that i can see why everytime i add a photo / forum / blogs / video i get this error below, but when i de-activated oxwall newsfeed the website is not accessable i only see a white page with no content, the error i get when trying to add content :

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN">
<html>
  <head>
    <title></title>
    <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8">
  </head>
  <body style="font:18px Tahoma;">
    Error 500<br />Internal Server Error.
  </body>
</html>

My website address is http://www.myvirgo.info. I tried activated DEV MODE but i dont get any errors to show me what is wrong.

Thanks.
