Second issue, when a user change his avatar picture, the avatar picture of user dissappear in newsfeed for birthday plugin related posts.
Third issue, it occured today and I did not connect anything with this bug. Events are started to publish without their titles in newsfeed. I manually fixed this issue from DB.

First issue, it shows a user is now friend with himself. (Yes, this was mentioned and I was explained it clearly in the forum. But, I did not hear anything from you.)

Yilmaz, as to the first issue have you tried the solution provided by Steve in this post: http://www.oxwall.org/forum/topic/15542?&page=1 It really should work.
Please test it from both sides as a friendship requester and recipient.
as to the second issue - it is a new format of a newsfeed. we made newsfeed of mobile and desktop to look similar and decided that showing changed avatar next to the user avatar which already changed is kind of redundant. Please create new newsfeed item, it should be displayed ok.
