This issue is not yet solved. I am facing this VERY VERY frequent in the past few days. In a span of 30 minutes, I faced this twice.

Also very often my mailbox notification stuck without pulling any information. Is it because of site issue or mailbox plugin not able to get 1800+ messages? I have lot 1800+ messages here..
