Rich text editor lost its style after upgrade to 1.2.1 | Forum

I've attached a screen shot of forum post page. There is a rich text editor without any background or stylings.

After investigating HTML I see that there are classes on these elements, but no styles. So there are 2 questions:

1. Whether it is a themes bug and when it can be fixed?

2. Can I assign my own style using "Edit CSS" for quick workaround?

i have the same problem with fineblue theme, after update new fineblue, the saim problem but only with firefox, in ie works fine

Fineblue is a third party theme. Please, contact theme creator about this.
