I have done everything but I can not download photos the plugin is already install but upload don't work i don't know if it's because free accomodation of my web site, i even had to change permission access of folders ow_pluginfile, ow_user and topic to 777
Please any expert out there can help me...
English is not my favorite language i just try

Samuel, I can't check the problem as I can't register at your website, did't get my verification e-mail. Have you configured cron jobs on your website?

i configured cron but on another site www.easycron.com because free accomodation have not cronjob and since i alreay creat 5 users without probleme i will talk you when will be ready thanks
