Can you tell us your site? Are you talking about the Instant Messenger or the "TinyChat" plugin?

Do the ususal. Check to see if the tinychat exists in the plugins, and also check the ow_plugins folder for a tinychat folder. I tried to browse to it using www.blogauth.com/tinychat and got a 404 error!
