This error was already discussed here. You need to fill in the subject for welcome letter on your default site language. You can do it via Admin Panel->Languages

Now, check that your cron job was installed correctly for oxwall. Do you receive any other emails from your site?

yes. i recive other emails. like contact and other. i use hostagator. now go to check cron job...

i set this cron job */18 * * * * /usr/local/bin/php /home/user/public_html/ow_cron/run.php how can i check if work fine?

hi! i see in the default account mail in cpanel one mail with this messagge. Fatal error: Undefined class constant 'REGISTRY_GLOBAL_VARS_KEY' in /home/user/public_html/ow_system_plugins/base/init.php on line 111 this mail was send in 26/4/2011 ?! (user= catalog3)

Don't sure that this error from 26/04/2011 can be the cause of email issue.

Check that you have "Send Welcome Letter" checked in your site settings.

Opps, my fault. Welcome letter is always sent by system after user's registration.

Just tested your site and received Welcome Letter with this content:

Bienvenido Catálogo de Artistas! Gracias por acompañarnos. Aquí están algunos enlaces que usted necesita para disfrutar de nuestro sitio:
- Página principal
- Cambiar su foto
- Actualizar su perfíl (importante para ser contactado)
- Ver mi perfíl
- Descubre quien es parte del catálogo
