In newsfeed, after update, i lost icons for upload photo / video.

Furyan, please switch to the default theme, then check your newsfeed. There should be one icon now. See screenshot
if there's such an icon, then there's something wrong with this third-party theme, and you will need to contact theme designer directly to resolve the issue.
