having debug mode on, and the profiler results in this error:

The HTML file smarty is using is this one:

'/home/owned/public_html/trythis/ow_system_plugins/base/views/components/dev_tools_tpl.html'

First of all it is notice you can neglect them.

Probably you have enabled dev mode and profiler. You cannot do that at the same time. Only dev mode or profiler at a time.
