No but you can use manycam to do that for free. Manycam will work with this to display your screen to others.

Can you give demo access to see how it works?
Need to know:
1. If Admin (or smb else) write text notes..its available to see by others?
2. Video from user cam available for others too?
3. If smb wants to use only text messages, is that possible to chat with others? Or webcam access is strictly required?
