IMPORTANT....This is a follow up from my Forum "Site Not Loading Theme Not Showing from Oct 17th. I did not get a reply......from my last post......PLEASE I need this site up and working. I uploaded the theme again and it did not fix anything, I have not changed any CSS Code or removed any code from my website, it has been not working for a couple of weeks now.......Please email me: for login details, so you can fix it, I don't know what else to do??? Can't access the admin area at all.....I even had an older backup reloaded and it did not fix it??

As I remember, I asked you to check your last changes in template files? Did you check it? There is no any CSS and Javascript includes in template file. Check file ow_themes/your_theme/master_pages/html_document.html 
there must be this code

after TITLE declaration.
