When i try to upload a avatar, the page reload and message "Please choose image file" (or something like that)
And this error message.

OW Debug - Notice
Message: Trying to get property of non-object
File: /home/xxx/public_html/clients/client1/xxx/web/com/ow_system_plugins/base/controllers/avatar.php
Line: 269

Is there any way to fix this ?

The same suggestion as in http://www.oxwall.org/forum/topic/272
Please, set recursive 777 permissions for ow_pluginsfiles folder

Login to your hosting account.
In the control panel, select option "Files"/"File Management".
Browse to folder /home/xxx/public_html/clients/client1/xxx/web/com/ow_pluginfiles.
(This part I'm guessing, could be slightly different path).
Set permissions for folder "ow_pluginfiles" and subsequent subfolders to 777.
Click Apply.
Click Ok.
That, I'm guessing too   B^)
