Verification e-mail is sent directly, without cron.

Notifications and e-mails are sent via cron.

Please provide a screenshot of the command you used to configure your cron jobs in the CPanel or Plesk.

Krunch the command to check whether your main cron is running depends on the server settings.

can you please try this one also: "service crond status"

alright, great. The main cron is running.

when you in the software folder just type cd ow_cr and click tab there should be like autocomplete if there's such a folder then hit enter when you get ow_cron

then according to the tutorial: https://docs.oxwall.org/install:cron

sorry I gave you the wrong instructions

when you enter cd ow_cr then you should hit Tab on your keyboard and the full name of the folder should be autocompleted. Then hit enter. Does this work on your software you use?

No, after entering cd ow_cr then Tab nothing happens

Ok, then it is different it the software you use.

First when you're in the software folder (at least you think so) type ls -l

to see where you're exactly

you should see the software folders and files if not, then you're in the wrong folder, probably level up, you should enter the correct folder by using cd

everytime you use cd, type ls -l to know where you at, at the current moment.

Hope that's helpful
