I bought it. Who is the moderator when there are more? and is it possible to set an email adres?

I purchased the "Unregister" plugin and tried installing it today - but it immediately crashed the site.
When I activated the plugin, I was asked for the license key, which I entered, and as soon as I continued, the site crashed.
Attached is a screen shot, and below is the text.
How do I fix this?
