What is your URL?
Could be either a facebook issue or maybe your plugin is broke.
I don't think people who sign up with fb can also use the "sign-in" page.

Didn't you recently changed SALT in your ow_includes/config.php file? Or members that joined in original way can sign in?

@aka_le_Mulder, normally joined users can login fine, but is it not possible, if one user is signed using FB , and then if he want to join directly, its not possible to join him/she after that !!

Yes, that's right. Because user already joined using FB with his email. If you try to use another email, he will be able to join directly.
