It's not related to the plugin. You should check the CBOx document.

yes, I configured it already at cbox, but the user I add to become admin in cbox didn't change the role in my oxwall site.

BTW, can I put the plugin in another page and not in index page? How can I do it? thanks

1) For oxwall he will not be know as moderator. As you changed for hte user in cbox, its applicable only for cbox chat.
2) It depends on what page you are refering too. You can copy the html code of the widget in to the page.
