Partly. The front page layout is limited to 1200px wide. But resizes well.
The item layouts currently also resize well. But don;t look great at larger screen sizes. The cover images becomes huge.
Developer has indicated that this will get looked at in next update.

For now, I set
.articles_details{
width:1200px;
which limits the size of the articles, and makes it look better. Although it also affects other page elements on the articles.
