I have tried to uninstall and re-install several times and cannot figure out whats wrong, please help

I am receiving this error

Type:ExceptionMessage:Can't find config `tmdbAPIKey` in section `movies`!

You might need to uninstall and re-install after removing/adding the plugin via cpanel.
