Why when I update this or download this to latest version all the menu or pages missing? Ex. Group, forum, blog, etc all gone ..even on admin it's not showing pages for it. Any idea?

How i overwrite it manually? I deleted old version and put in latest download but same issue. I am doing it all from admin

How i clear my website cache? Doing it manually mean future updates I cannot do it via admin?

Do you guys know why on my mobile site i have to clear my cache in order to log on? Its very odd when i am on my mobile phone launching to socialwallstreet.com site and it wont let me sign in. I have to literally clear my cache in order to sign in. Any idea?
