The plugin resizes images to reduce file size and disc space usage. GIF files stop animating after resizing.

I can do it. But this feature will only work if you disable auto upload to photos. Is it ok?

And can you make a default alt value of alt= usrrname's photo
Etc
For items with no descriptions
Or make descriptions required on uploading

Adding an extra button for gifs would be perfect in my opinion.
Just make it the same as Upload Photo but dont let it resize it like the photo one.
