login to your site with your admin account, go to the admin dashboard, look at the left side where the people symbols are, that is the Users, then click on Profile Questions, there you can edit or delete users questions for your sign-up page.

To make it a little more clear. You go to admin / users / profile questions. Hover over the "Looking For" question, and click on edit. Then you can uncheck the box for "on sign up". Then click save. It should then not appear as a sign up question. You can also uncheck other boxes for this question depending on your needs. You can even change the "Male", and "Female" to something else.
