1. Your registration form keeps erroring on birth date. It is impossible to register.
2. On our live site newly registered users can login back successfully after logging out, so the behaviour you are describing is not reproducible.
3. Disable any custom javascript you may be using on your site and test again.
4. Please capture screenshots for every step of the scenario you are describing and attache them to this post so it is clear what the issue actually is.
