my sign-page was enormous..very very big.. nor the arrow up and down does not seem..
while on my own computer 15"..
is a ok..
must to change something in screen? or CSS?

Are you using a responsive theme? The 10" screen size would require mobile capabilities in the theme since it is more in the tablet size category.

Manolis, Origin theme is not responsive.
As Darryl mentioned it is more of the tablet size.
To make the layout fit this screen width, you need to adjust your template via media query.
We do not provide such kind of assistance I will move your topic to theme development section.
