sorry , it is static code in developer i forget delete  ,  so you can change it or delete it ,  it not effect with your site 

it does not affect my or anyone's site 
but it does affect your twitter 
your lucky it has not got your account banned there 
because every thing shared posted etc from the plugin twitter thinks is yours 
so  will not take long n lots get marked as spam and your account banned 

i had a bit of a look in the plugin and it seems to do nothing that you can not do yourself 
the tags it puts in you can manual put in admin and get the same results 

going by the description

makes you think if changes and fixes the oxwall share system that uses the small images on shares and not the large images 
and fix it so theres a meta tag for twitter image
