I know I purchased it but when I just checked my purchased plug ins list so I could enter the license manually, it doesn't seem to be listed at all. I was informed to contact you regarding obtaining a new license key

Hi, I purchased and have been using this plug in for a couple of years, when recently I began to get notices saying that the license check for this plug in failed (?).

You can reset your IP address in the purchase items page. This might happen sometime in the oxwall store.

Problem for us (or at least definitely me) is that it doesn't even show up in the Purchased Items page.
