let me see if i understand that 777 thing on the file, not sure if im following

Here are the permissions required, you might as well check the others while your there. 


the following folders must have 777 permissions set recursively:
ow_pluginfiles
ow_userfiles
ow_static


and also ow_smarty/template_c      just the template_c folder

ok it has permissions 755 on it

you have different permissions on files, they are read, write, execute  those permissions tell the server who can do what with that file. 


there are all kinds of combinations but basically when you first set up a server 


folder are default 0755

htaccess files are 0644

some files are 0644 and some files are other values

are some are 0777


777 is full permission to read write and execute

and it goes down from there

yes that folder and everything in it must be 777 thats why the software cant find the stuff

yeah same more errors on the cpanel log after signing in and out on the site.......ok gotta get  to bed for work, thank you so much so far.....I will have to plug away more on this this weekend if you dont mind.

I just checked, no errors in the domain error log yet
and just recaptcha errors in the ow_log error file

OK thats good, that means its a plugin issue and you should be getting better after its fixed.
