When using the https://wiki.oxwall.com/dev:crash-course

It fails on install. What ells has changed since it was written ?

I noted that dev-tools is now under dir: settings.

I get this error:
"BOL_LanguageService::getInstance()->addPrefix('contacting', 'Contacting Us');
