I tried that, but it didn't change anything.

you need to clear site cache for the changes to take affect 

I've already done that. 

did you clear browser cache 
try ctrl  and f5     on the page you have the problems

on my test site is working fine  on all themes newsfeeds text and stuff show correct 
and on my main site same all good
but at the moment is deactivated there due to other issues 
that hope in a hr or so to have resolved and then will run new update here 

Okay, your style update works as planned. Everything is looking normal again. Will this work with any theme? If I change it to the dark revolution theme?

yes works every theme i tested it on 

The cams are not showing up on this theme at all.
