- try run you website in debug mode
- try open inspect tool in you browser that you use and see if there is any error when this happens
- what php version do you server use?

We will not receive any error messages in the debug mode regarding the chat.
Also in the console of the browser we see no error message.
We are currently working with OHO 5.6.30 in the FastCGI mode of Apache
