I put https://facebook.com/username ( my account )but my account has a "." in it (firstname.lastname ) ... is this causing the issue?

still doesn't work - getting this same error when I put in a facebook page ( not my personal page )

Use the facebook ID number for the page you want to use and it works, eg:Crap. It doesn't work. It shows that it loaded on the list but nothing showing up.

You can find this by putting your mouse pointer over their profile picture and looking at the browser status bar.
