Run in phpmyadmin
INSERT INTO `ow_base_language_key`(`prefixId`, `key`) SELECT `id`, "mention_section_label" from `ow_base_language_prefix` where `prefix` = "mentions"
then translate this value on PA -> Settings -> Language
