I m french and would like to have the dates in the order day and month : dd/mm instead of mm/dd in my goolee theme.

For exemple 8 Nov intead of Nov, 8

I have seen i can choose in admin pannel but when i change it it doesn't change in Goolee Theme ? (it works in other themes.)

Could you help me please to understand and if not where can i find it in code to change ?
