"Nie" / "No" for Registered Users Is Invalid? - Cookie Info | Forum

I try to select "Nie" ("No"?) for option:

"Display cookie info registered users?"

Will only save when "Yes" selected. Says "Invalid" with "Nie".
How to fix, please?
