ABOUT:
Support Plus+ is a fully-fledged Support Center for your Oxwall/Skadate website! Host a searchable, rateable Knowledgebase with rich-content articles, and a Ticket system with Tags and Departments from one plugin!

User's can read, search, and rate (out of 5 stars) articles you create, and submit tickets. They can also receive notifications when their tickets are updated, and can request deletion of them. They can also do all of these features from your mobile version of Oxwall/Skadate!

Admin's can setup Article Tags, Ticket Categories, Ticket Departments, and create rich-content articles with links, images, and more. They can also review all tickets, reply to them, and delete them.

Returns:
You are granted a 3-day window to return the plugin if you are unsatisfied. The window starts from the day you purchased your license. A full refund will follow, and your license will be revoked.

NOTICE FOR WEBSITE ADMINS:


Upon installing this plugin, you must take some additional steps to ensure functionality.


1) Go to Admin > Users > Roles and then look for Support Center+. You will see several actions to apply to roles, but you want to pick whichever user role is your Moderators/staff and check them off for the permission "manage."


2) Next, go to Plugins > Support Center+ > Departments. Add your desired amount of departments. When done, click on one of the Departments in the list, and  you will see the page for that department. It shows the Staff List and tickets. Input the USERNAME of the Moderator/Staff user you wish to be in that Department, and then click "Submit." That user will be notified that they were added, and each ticket submitted to their department will notify them.


Moderators/staff role users with the permission "manage" will be able to access yoursite.com/support/manage where they can answer tickets in their department, and write/edit Knowledge base articles. They will also see a "Support Manager" link in their User Actions drop down in the console bar.


Please follow those steps to ensure that your team is the only ones accessing tickets for answering. Thanks.
