Is it possible to refresh in case of new entries the newsfeed auomaticly or push new entries to all relevant users or may an other solution to update the newsfeed without the refresh button of the browser ?

The current plugin does not automatically grab new items and display them without a browser refresh. Long ago, the Oxwall team stated somewhere they were going to implement that, but it hasn't happened as of yet.
It would require code modification, something along the lines of using PHP and AJAX to listen for new entries and then post them at a set interval.

Yea AJAX would be the way to do this and now days there are easier ways to use AJAX then having to use XMLHTTPREQUEST like a Promise Fetch.

Hi, you can post it in the custom oxwall projects section as the wish list is not really being monitored at the moment.
