problem with old members - User photo verification | Forum

I am getting major problems, i put the plugin on and it wanted all my old members to validate there photos and locked them out of site. Causing massive confusion and distress and some left!

I only want new members to have to initially verify there first photo that they add as a profile photo. after that let mthem add photos

Any ideas?
