It has nothing to do with what you say. If you test the developer's demo, explain the same problems as the attachments

What I find discouraged is dear staff of Oxwall and that the seller is online in chat for two days. He reads my messages and does not even deign to reply. If they see a product on your platform they have to give support otherwise the product must be removed. You don't have to support me with a single user.
