Who can help me with the following problem?

When I'm almost finished I make a test user but after the mail-confirming I see the following thing on my domain.

The webhoster supports Installatron Where I installed oxwall.

I also tried the manual installation but thats even worst

Was it a fresh install?

Was the entire file uploaded without getting corrupted?

Manual installation is the better way to install. Once-click installations has given lot of issues in the past in my experience.

The whole installation was 100% There were no troubles during the automatic installation.

I already try Manual install but then I cannot even do making a change in the themes or see submenus in the admin.

And the Photoplugin is always gives trouble but when i uploaded a new photo plugin and do in the admin a DB update with the plugin it works good
