Are you the admin of the site or a user?

Hello i am an admin, 

Do you know the email for the admin account?  Im not asking for the email, just want to know if you know it.

You can reset your password from the login page, just click forgot password.

If you dont get an email from the site, check your junk mail, if you dont receive the email in 10 min let me know we will do it a dif way. :)

i can't seem to find that option?

Ok i see now, i looked at the site, yes its blocked.   So we will do this a dif way. 

Do you have access to your cpanel or whatever you use?

yes it is the control panel for your domain (where the site files are at)

Do you have any account "other than admin" that you can log into successfully?

If so just enter the email of the admin...   I just tested and the page showed for me

For normal users (as admin) you can unsuspend users in the admin users list 

Is it your admin account that has been suspended on your oxwall site.... how did that happen do you know?

If its your admin account that is suspended:

The table name in the db is called ow_base_user_suspend and you want to remove your row of data from that table.   So for example if its your admin is user id 1 in that table then you need to delete the row that has userId field of 1   (not row 1) but userId field 1

I believe that should remove admin from suspension.
