I installed the plugin and configurated as you describe in the tab "how do I assign Support Staff"
If I have a notification about a new ticket and click the link in the notification, it will be shown a error message, and i will be redirected from
/support/manage/tickets/view/2
to: /support
To be sure, that I dont have a misconfiguration I deinstalled the plugin,
and installed new, and configured new like in your dicription.
I tryed it in a oxwall installation, and in a skadate installation.
