I have noticed that when u attach some files OW actually uploads those to attachments folder. Now to my surprise they remain in that folder despite the fact I have aborted upload!

So use attachment tools 20 times to select, remove and select again some image it will create 20 files in folder. Now looks like they even get registered in DB.

My question is what will happen to those unused files?

Is there some sort of cleaner?
