All content is either stored in the database or the language file. Content you create will be in the database. There are no content pages accessible via FTP as there are no hardcopy pages, they are all created on the fly by PHP from data in the database.
Go into phpMyAdmin in your hosting and do a search for any of the content you added to your page to find the table it is in.
