O mindfulness — ou atenção plena — é uma ferramenta poderosa para reduzir o estresse, melhorar o foco e promover o bem-estar. Abaixo, estão alguns exercícios simples que podem ser integrados à sua rotina diária no trabalho: Exercícios de Mindfulness para Reduzir Ansiedade no Trabalho

1. Respiração Consciente

Um dos métodos mais fáceis para retornar ao momento presente é focar na respiração. Inspire lentamente pelo nariz, segure por alguns segundos e expire pela boca. Repetir este ciclo por alguns minutos ajuda a acalmar o sistema nervoso e a aliviar a ansiedade.

2. Varredura Corporal
