I have an issue mailing all my members with the mass mailing tool. Currently, I have a total of 104 members but when I go to mass mail them, only 96 show up as total number of members.
Please does anyone know how I can get this fixed?

Mass mailing count "Not unsubscribed" members only. It seems that you have 8 unsubscribed from mass mailing members.

When new sign up members do not confirm their verification link, does it unsubscribe them automatically? because there are about 21 unverified members on my network.

No they aren't. Option "unsubscribe" can be checked only from email which your users receive.
