With this plugin login at the same time user is logged? Or does he/she must log our first? And if he/she is log out and I log in will he/she status became online?

When you login as another user, you are being logged out as administrator (that's due to the way authentication works in Oxwall system - only one user can be logged in using one browser)
Yes, the user status will change to online when you use this plugin
