Hi Masih military time is 24 hr time eg 3pm is 1500 hrs means you can set the time to this.

This is a clear indication that Oxwall is NOT an international application but a US Domestic application.
Military time is an US and Canada only definition and nothing else.
Why not use the ISO 8601 standard definition of international time?
Can it be so difficult to add the excellent PHP string formatting of time representation found for the date function here
and let people define their own time format and also the date format?

People call the 24 hour clock Military Time all over the world, not just in the United States. Wikipedia is not the ultimate authority on timekeeping ;D
